It was noted that on January 25, at a park in the Chilanzar district, a young man born in 2006 M.K offered "nosvoy" to a foreign citizen and insulted him with shameful words.
Regarding this case, the Chilanzar District Department of Internal Affairs drafted an administrative report against M.K under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility — "Petty Hooliganism."
The report said: The collected documents have been sent to the district criminal court for legal action.
