During monitoring activities conducted jointly with the Sanitary-Epidemiological Committee and environmental authorities, various somsa, kebab, and grill shops operating in violation of established requirements were identified, and appropriate measures were taken against them. Inspections are uncovering tandoors, kilns, and grills located near pedestrian walkways and residential buildings that lack engineering solutions for waste and smoke filtration.

The activities of such outlets are to be suspended until they are brought into full compliance with legal requirements. It is emphasized that operating without specialized purification and smoke extraction systems poses a health risk to the public and degrades the quality of the urban environment. Business entities are strongly advised to legalize their activities, follow to sanitary requirements, and install effective filters and exhaust systems in the short term.
