It's no secret that instant coffee is quick and convenient to prepare. I poured the dry powder with boiling water and it's done. However, Chinese scientists have identified a link between the consumption of this drink and the length of telomeres, writes RuNews24.ru.
In a large-scale experiment, the researchers analyzed data from more than 470 thousand subjects divided into two groups. The participants of the first group consumed instant coffee, the second - freshly brewed from ground grain.
It became known that as a result of consuming the "elixir of vivacity" of fast cooking, telomeres become shorter, and this, in turn, means that the body begins to age more actively.
At the same time, brewed ground coffee, with reasonable consumption, does not harm the body.
