During the event of the Congress "One Belt, One Road: water resources and the aquatic environment", Shamsiddin Kurbanov, an employee of the Ministry of Ecology, made a report on the topic "Water resources management in Uzbekistan". He also made a report on the work carried out in the field of water resources protection in the republic.
For reference: The World Water Congress is a large-scale conference bringing together politicians, researchers and practitioners in the field of water resources from around the world.
The conference is attended by about 600 representatives from more than 60 countries and regions, over 130 international organizations, as well as about 700 water specialists from China. The congress will result in the adoption of the Beijing Declaration on the Protection and Development of Water Resources in the World.
