During the
visit, a presentation of the tourism potential of Uzbekistan was held with the
participation of representatives of the tourism industry of St. Petersburg,
tour operators, the hotel business and investors. The participants were
provided with information about the ongoing reforms in the country, new tourism
products, as well as opportunities for investment in the tourism sector.
Within the
framework of the program, B2B meetings were also organized, thanks to which
entrepreneurs from the two countries were able to establish direct business
contacts and discuss prospects for further cooperation.
In
addition, the Uzbek delegation held a number of bilateral talks with
representatives of government and business circles in St. Petersburg. In
