The conference was attended by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kongratbay Sharipov. In his speech, he stressed the importance of strengthening international cooperation, expanding humanitarian ties, as well as the importance of the Russian language in education, science and cultural dialogue.

It was noted that the conference had become an important platform for the further development of international cultural and humanitarian cooperation, strengthening ties in the field of education and science, as well as promoting new projects and initiatives.

It was emphasized that Uzbekistan's language policy is based on the principles of interethnic harmony, equality and mutual respect.

In accordance with the agenda, the participants considered a number of issues related to the formation of the organization's institutional activities. The Uzbek side expressed its readiness to actively participate in the work of the SEA and support initiatives aimed at developing the Russian language as a language of science, culture and professional communication.

The conference participants noted that the meeting was an important step that opens a new stage of humanitarian cooperation between the states.
