For comparison, in China, the Internet costs $11.3, in Turkey - $13.8. Among the world's largest economies, Russia ranks second in terms of Internet availability - $8.7 per month, second only to India ($7.7). Romania is in third place ($9.8).
The most expensive countries to connect to are the United States ($72.1), Canada ($61.7) and Luxembourg ($59.1).
At the same time, the burden on the family budget from Internet spending is minimal in Russia (0.67%), Romania (0.9%) and South Korea (0.97%), while the maximum share is in Brazil (4.1%), Mexico (3.8%) and Argentina (3.65%).
