The documents are accepted in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 667 of November 2, 2021 "On measures to create convenience when issuing national driver's licenses of a new sample to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan located in the Russian Federation".

According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan, those who wish can apply to the consular department of the Embassy, as well as to the consulates General in the above-mentioned cities with an original biometric passport for traveling abroad or a biometric passport of a citizen (ID - identification card), an original national driver's license and an original coupon for a national driver's license.
