At the meeting, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz JSC familiarized the bank's representatives with the projects implemented by the joint-stock company, transformation processes, and the results of ongoing reforms to achieve economic stability.
In turn, Barclays Bank provided information on the risk of credit projects, loans from Export Credit Agencies (ESA) to finance the project and the participation of offices of international financial markets.
At the meeting, an agreement was reached on proposals voiced by representatives of the bank on financing tenders for projects implemented in Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
Financial instruments offered by the bank for ongoing projects were also discussed during the meeting.
Following the talks, the parties expressed interest in further developing cooperation and expanding ties to finance joint projects.
