The document provides for a comprehensive approach to the development of cooperation between the two countries for 2025-2026, with an emphasis on expanding livestock production, processing wool and cashmere, increasing exports and joint educational initiatives.

The main directions of the program

Import and breeding of livestock:

A target has been set: bringing the number of small cattle from Mongolia to 1 million by 2029.;

the mechanism of state support is approved: 50% compensation of transportation costs for air transportation, deferred VAT, preferential loans for 5 years at a rate of 10% per annum;

Guarantees have been introduced for reduced collateral requirements for lending.

Development of wool processing and production of finished products:

By the end of 2025, fine wool and cashmere will be centrally imported for the needs of the textile industry.;

By the end of 2026, it is planned to create a new wool processing plant with the training of domestic specialists in Mongolia.

Export and product promotion:

Uzbekistan plans to increase exports of fruits, vegetables and food products to Mongolia by 10 times;

Fairs "Products of Uzbekistan" will be organized in large shopping centers of Ulaanbaatar and a joint trading house will be opened.

Joint agricultural projects:

An intensive orchard on 15 hectares will be created in Mongolia using Uzbek frost-resistant seedlings and drip irrigation technologies.;

The program is implemented at the expense of the State Trust Fund for the Development of the Agro-industry.

The document approved the "Roadmap" of events for 2025-2026.
