According to the Decree, agricultural organizations will be provided with services using robotics, drones and other devices.
It will be possible to send applications for the use of drone services, conclude contracts and make payments through the Agro Portal.
Services provided by drones with a flight height of up to 30 meters are provided through an Agroportal in territories agreed with the competent authorities, on the basis of an annual permit for them.
The following types of services will also be introduced on the Agroportal:
Starting from December 1, 2025, the definition of sublet lands, the conclusion of lease agreements, state registration and payments will be carried out.;
Starting from March 1, 2026, an application for a change in the category of agricultural land will be sent, their condition will be monitored online and the results will be provided.
