At the opening ceremony, Defense Minister Lieutenant General Bahodir Kurbanov made a speech, he welcomed all participants of the festival, which is being held in our country for the first time, and expressed gratitude to entrepreneurs who contribute to the defense of our country.

As noted at the event, most of the world's innovative technologies were created for the first time as a result of research conducted for military purposes. The festival of innovative technologies in the field of defense is held on May 2-4 at the Victory Park Memorial Complex in order to further enhance the technological independence of our country and mobilize talented youth in this field.

The festival will include competitions in robotics, cybersports, drone racing, 3D modeling, drone design and programming. Projects for the prospective application of product developments and prototypes in the field of technology, communications, information and communication technologies, educational equipment, software, aviation, unmanned aerial systems, robotic devices, training complexes, protective equipment, chemical technologies and other promising areas will be selected.
