The event was attended by representatives of Toshkent Invest, the Tashkent City Transportation Authority, the Road Safety Administration, China State Construction Engineering Corporation (PRC), as well as journalists and bloggers.
During the press conference, projects aimed at improving the transport infrastructure of 6.5 km long Shota Rustaveli Street were presented. In particular, they discussed the creation of a dedicated lane for public transport, the installation of new bus stops and the organization of parking areas along the road.
The project provides for the modernization of the road network, improving traffic safety and improving conditions for both drivers and pedestrians. Detailed answers were given to the questions of journalists and bloggers.
