The meeting of the Dialogue was attended by heads of parliaments and representatives of official delegations, representatives of youth parliaments and groups, local government authorities of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan, as well as international organizations and civil society institutions.

During the sessions, issues of women's participation in politics, their economic activity, business opportunities, education and reproductive health were actively discussed.

In particular, the percentage of women in the decision-making process, mechanisms for ensuring gender quotas and equality, issues of women's entrepreneurship development, free access to financial resources, digital and STEM education, reproductive health and free access to high-quality medical services were discussed.

Following the results of the Dialogue meeting, the Tashkent Declaration was adopted. It recognizes regional efforts to promote women's rights, gender equality, and sustainable development in Central Asian countries.

A joint initiative of women leaders of Central Asian countries aimed at further strengthening regional cooperation, an appeal addressed to the leaders of the Central Asian states, was also presented.

The participants agreed to develop a regional roadmap that includes priorities in the areas of protecting women's rights and legitimate interests, developing entrepreneurship, expanding educational opportunities and innovation, reproductive health, and access to quality medical services.
