The Delicious Uzbekistan Festival is one of the largest gastronomic events of the year and gathers professionals and guests from more than 30 countries, including Switzerland, France, Azerbaijan, Italy, Germany, Turkey and other countries.
The Chefs' Championship is held according to the standards of the World Association of Community Chefs (WACS). Participants from Uzbekistan and foreign countries demonstrate their skills in 12 categories - from modern gastronomic concepts and national cuisine to bakery and show desserts.
The three-day program includes workshops, tastings, gastronomy exhibitions, as well as a competition for young chefs, where modern interpretations of traditional Uzbek dishes will be presented.
Such events contribute to the development of gastronomic tourism, strengthen the international image of Uzbekistan as a country with a unique culinary heritage and open up new opportunities for professional exchange and international cooperation in the field of tourism and gastronomy.
