The parties discussed in detail the issue of improving heat supply in the thermal centers of Tashkent. In particular, the possibility of using highly efficient fuels for boiler houses in cases of low gas pressure, phased modernization of heat centers, effective methods and methods of introducing innovations in dispatching work are considered.

Bakhtiyor Rakhmanov drew attention to the importance of improving the condition of the 3rd and 5th heat centers, where difficulties were observed on abnormally cold days, and bringing the conditions of all heat centers of the capital to the required level.

Alexander Artamonov, Director of the Russian Design and Engineering Center Dorogobujkotlomash, and Rovshan Idriskhodjaev, Regional Head for Russia and the CIS, together with specialists responsible for heat supply to the capital, began research and preparation of proposals for the modernization of heat centers.
