Toshshaharnur explained that the transfer of street lighting systems to energy-saving mode mainly concerns the lighting system and illumination of central streets, and the complete shutdown of street lighting is not performed.

"Streets, residential areas and mahallas will be illuminated at the regulatory level," the company said in a statement.
