According to the Decree, the following priority approaches to the development of the country in the "Year of Environmental Protection and the "Green Economy" have been identified, including:

· improving the ecological appearance of mahallas, increasing the level of landscaping of streets, creating an environmentally friendly and prosperous living environment;

· strengthening public health, creating conditions for the formation of an ecological lifestyle and the realization of human potential;

· careful treatment and rational use of natural resources, ensuring environmental sustainability;

· protection, reproduction and conservation of flora and fauna for the future generation, conservation of biodiversity;

· sustainable financing of projects aimed at widespread implementation of the principles of the "green economy" and adaptation of the economy to climate change.
