According to the Decree, from April 1, 2026:

Based on the collective decision of the Mahalla Seven, silkworm growers (silkworm cocoon growers and homeworkers) are allocated subsidies in the amount of 35 percent of the funds actually paid by the silkworm cluster for the cocoons.;

For the purpose of creating sericulture cooperatives on land owned by the Agency for Afforestation and Increasing Green Areas, Combating Desertification, subsidies in the amount of 4 million soums are allocated to families included in the Register of Poor Families and members of this cooperative (one member of one family only once).;

homeworkers are provided with interest-free loans for a period of 3 years in the amount of up to 50 times the annual income for the purchase of tools and equipment necessary for the care of silkworms.;

Seed-growing enterprises are compensated for 50 percent of the monthly salary of each seasonal worker involved in harvesting silkworm pellets, but in a part not exceeding 2 times the minimum wage.
