The time of customs inspection and customs inspection of hand luggage, baggage, currency and currency valuables of one passenger on railway transport and declaration processing is carried out within 1.5 minutes.

This duration may be extended by the customs authority to 5 minutes in the following circumstances:

• on behalf of the risk management system;
• when the customs authority receives information about the illegal actions of the passenger;
• to control the import or export of foreign currency in cash and currency valuables;
• detection of signs of an offense during customs control.
