The Regulation establishes the procedure for state customers to make public purchases in national currency in a non-cash manner using corporate bank cards (purchase cards).
The state customer, in accordance with the procedure established by law, applies to the issuing bank to open a current account of the procurement card in order to carry out public procurement using the procurement card.
At the same time, a separate bank transit account with the issuing bank is opened for each corresponding personal account of the budget customer.
Government clients are prohibited from transferring salaries and equivalent payments, pensions, allowances, scholarships, and dividends to the purchase card, as well as from issuing cash and purchasing foreign currency using the purchase card.
