According to the Regulation, public services for the registration of branches and primary organizations are provided through Public Service Centers, an electronic platform for non-governmental non-profit organizations and a Single Portal for Interactive Public Services (my.gov.uz).

There is no fee for registration of a branch or primary organization.

The request for registration of a branch or primary organization will be considered within 10 working days from the date of receipt by the registration authority.

Based on the results of consideration of the request, the registration authority decides on registration or refusal to register a branch or primary organization.

The registration authority maintains a register of registered branches and primary organizations.
