According to the Decree, the "Step into the Future" program will be implemented, aimed at facilitating the employment of graduates of higher education institutions, which provides:
- for graduate students of higher education institutions who want to realize their business ideas, full support in the process of bringing a business idea to a finished project, including financing on favorable terms;
- conducting open competitions in various fields among graduates and undergraduates of higher education institutions and assisting in the employment of winners.
