According to the company's press service, the updated system allows residents to directly receive information about their electricity bills, including payment data, daily consumption and other necessary information via the Internet.
Representatives of the company noted that the implementation of the system included several technical processes, so it took place in stages and took longer than expected. In this regard, an apology was made to consumers for possible inconveniences.
Earlier it was reported that the company will implement the new platform from July 31 to August 5.
