The military of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan will hold joint exercises

    The armed forces of Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan will hold a joint exercise "We are united - 2024" in July 2024.

    According to the joint plan signed between the Ministries of Defense of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, a conference on planning the operational and tactical command and staff exercises "Birlestik-2024" was held in the Kazakh city of Aktau, AsiaPlus reports.

    According to the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry, a number of issues related to preparations for the exercises and upcoming tasks were discussed at the conference.

    In the exercises to be held in July this year at the Oymasha training ground, as well as at Cape Tokmak, located in the Caspian Sea, measures will be taken to "Implement combat training tasks to identify places of armed conflict."
