Bobur Turaev, a scholarship holder of the El-yurt umidi Foundation, a pediatric cardiac surgeon at the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute clinic, performed a unique operation on a six-year-old child: he removed a damaged tricuspid valve and made a new one from the auricle of the patient's right atrium.

This complex surgical procedure was performed for the first time in our country. Currently, such operations are performed only in the most developed medical centers in the world.

It should be noted that in 2018-2019, Bobur Turaev studied at the graduate school of University College London (UCL) in the UK as a scholarship holder of the El-yurt umidi Foundation, completed internships in clinics in about 10 developed countries, is the author of almost 20 scientific publications (PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar) and successfully He has performed more than 1,000 heart surgeries for children.
