The Tashkent City khokimiyat stated that the main criterion for starting the heating season is an average daily air temperature below +8 degrees Celsius for five consecutive days.
At the same time, actual weather conditions are also taken into account when starting the season. In the event of a sharp drop in temperature, the relevant decision will not be delayed.
Currently, work is underway in the city to prepare the heating systems for the season. This process is being carried out in cooperation with city services and specialists from "Veolia Energy Tashkent."
The exact date for the start of the heating season has not yet been announced. The Tashkent City khokimiyat stated that the situation is under control and added that further information regarding the start of the heat supply will be provided later.
