Hajj-2025: the first pilgrims from Uzbekistan flew to Saudi Arabia

    Today, on May 13, the first group of pilgrims from Uzbekistan, intending to make the blessed Hajj pilgrimage, set off for Saudi Arabia, according to the Office of Muslims of the Republic.

    It was noted that the chairman of the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Uzbekistan, Mufti Sheikh Nuriddin Kholiknazar, Chairman of the Committee on Religious Affairs Sodikjon Toshboev, well-known scientists, Imam khatibs, responsible persons and media representatives gathered at Tashkent International Airport.

    Before the beginning of the blessed journey, the mufti said a prayer, asking the Almighty that the pilgrims would safely perform the Hajj rites and return safely to their homeland.

    Thus, the first pilgrims of the Hajj-2025 season flew from Tashkent to Saudi Arabia.
