The modern hotel complex, constructed near the New Uzbekistan Park in Tashkent, has become a logical continuation of these efforts. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, while reviewing the progress of development works on the site, also visited this facility.

What were once neglected and abandoned areas have now been transformed into a well-developed territory. On an area of more than 8 hectares, 12 modern hotels, the “New Tashkent” conference hall with 375 seats, a restaurant with 310 seats, a wellness center, and an open sports ground have been built.

The hotels are named after Karakalpakstan and the regions. These are three-star, five-story hotels, each with 62 rooms and 124 beds. The complex operates under a unified concept, and its management will be entrusted to reputable international companies with extensive experience – Leo Hospitality Solutions, Radisson Individuals, and Trademark Collection by Wyndham.

Private banks have expressed interest in becoming partners in managing such complexes. The Head of State emphasized that the expansion of the services sector and the creation of modern facilities in the regions will contribute to the growth of the population’s well-being.

The hotels are harmoniously integrated with restaurants, conference halls, and recreation areas, which allows for a significant expansion of the range of services offered. The complex is suitable for hosting high-level events and major international conferences.

The complex has created 540 new jobs and will be able to serve an average of up to 55,000 tourists annually. It will become a new attraction for both domestic and foreign visitors, as well as an additional incentive for the development of tourism in Tashkent region. The construction of the complex has also stimulated improvements in infrastructure in the surrounding mahallas, enhancing the well-being of residents.

The Head of State emphasized the need to expand the range and improve the quality of services, attracting both local and foreign tourists. It was stressed that the development of multifunctional hotel services should also be actively promoted in the country’s regions.
