The Committee for the Development of Competition and Consumer Protection reviewed the appeal of R. Kusherbayev, who used the services of Wizzair on the Samarkand - Abu Dhabi route. During the flight, information about safety rules was provided only in a foreign language, which caused difficulties in understanding.

Following the investigation, the Committee sent a request to the Ministry of Transport. As a result, appropriate measures were taken against the airline's employees who committed illegal acts.

In addition, trainings have been organized for the crews on flight safety, communication culture, knowledge of aviation laws and procedures of each country, as well as respect for air passengers.

The airline has also committed to ensuring the presence of flight attendants and service personnel who speak Uzbek on every aircraft operating flights to Uzbekistan from 2025.
