In accordance with Appendix No. 2 to Resolution No. 256 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 1, 2024, the Regulation on the procedure for recognizing the dominant position and Superior Bargaining Power of a digital platform operator was approved, which defines the criteria for recognizing a digital platform operator as having a dominant position.

"In accordance with this Regulation and on the basis of the relevant order of the Committee for the Development of Competition, Uzum Market LLC is recognized as the operator of a digital platform with a dominant position in the market of electronic trading platforms (marketplaces)," the message says.
