From February 21 to March 3 this year, the first ever international complex tournament "Games of the Future" will be held in the city of Kazan of the Russian Federation. The delegation of Uzbekistan will also be represented at the sports event, which will be attended by about two thousand athletes from more than 100 countries of the world.

In the current rapidly developing era, new disciplines are opening up that embrace new opportunities for sports enthusiasts. It is not surprising that these multi-complex Games of a new format, combining physical and digital competitions, will open a new era in world sports. These days, the capital of Tatarstan will be the focus of attention of sports youth from all over the world.

International competitions will be held in 21 innovative disciplines (16 in the main and 5 in the extended program). Each of them embodies the concept of "physical + digital", that is, combines physical culture and esports. The winner will be determined by the sum of the athletes' results in both programs.

It is worth noting that the honor of our country at this International Tournament will be defended by representatives of four sports: virtual cycling, sports programming, digital hockey and digital racing.

Our compatriots are preparing for these competitions in different countries. In particular, hockey players hold training camps in Russia, and cyclists - in Turkey.

According to the NOC press service, the Uzbek national digital hockey team, which will be the first to start participating in the competition, will arrive in Kazan on February 14. And the main part of the delegation will gather in Tatarstan on February 20 and take part in the opening ceremony scheduled for February 21.

The national digital cycling team, which will start the competition later, will fly directly from Turkey to Kazan on February 22.
