Yerevan and Baku have agreed on 15 points of the peace agreement

Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed on 15 of the 17 points of the peace agreement, and negotiations on the remaining two issues are ongoing. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at a briefing.

"One of the two articles on which it has not yet been possible to agree concerns the deployment of third-country troops along the border, and the other concerns disputes in international courts. The remaining 15 points have been agreed," he said.

Pashinyan also added that he sees no reason for the escalation of the situation between Yerevan and Baku. tass.ru.

"In my assessment, there are no reasons or prerequisites for war or escalation in the region. All the regional problems that we have have solutions. Some proposals on these decisions have been made publicly, while others have been made diplomatically, at the working level. Obviously, there are no grounds for escalation in the region," he said.
