One of the most striking examples of such cultural exchange was the participation of the team of the Association of Chefs of Uzbekistan with the support of the Committee on Tourism in one of the most prestigious culinary tournaments in the region, the Golden Shah 2025 championship, held from May 13 to 16 at the Baku Expocenter (Azerbaijan).
The championship was organized with the support of Worldchefs and the Association of Culinary Specialists of Azerbaijan, and more than 100 participants from Turkey, Croatia, Kazakhstan, Singapore, Serbia and other countries took part in it.
The competition was held in conditions of very high competition - each team demonstrated its professionalism and creative approach. Despite serious rivals, the Chefs Association team performed confidently and won prizes in several categories.
