During the meeting, issues of deepening cooperation within the framework of friendly relations between Russia and Uzbekistan, the development of industrial cooperation and prospects for future joint projects were discussed, Tatarstan24 reports.

In 2022, the opening of the chemical-industrial technopark of the same name took place in the city of Chirchik under a joint project of Tatarstan JSC "Himgrad" and its Uzbek partners.

During his visit to Tatarstan, D. Hidoyatov will visit the Bashir Rameev IT Park, the Innopolis SEZ, the Himgrad Technopolis, the Alabuga SEZ and a number of Tatarstan enterprises.

In April of this year, Rustam Minnikhanov met with the Governor of the Tashkent region of Uzbekistan Zoir Mirzayev. At the Innoprom site, the parties discussed possible areas of cooperation.

As of the end of 2022, Tatarstan and Uzbekistan implemented 16 investment projects in the joint chemical-industrial technopark "Chirchik".
