The Regulation establishes the procedure for awarding the "Dedicated Person of Social Protection" badge.
Proposals for awarding the badge are submitted annually by April 20 to the National Agency of Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Based on the Commission's conclusion, an order of the Agency Director on awarding the badge is issued annually by May 20.
The badge is solemnly presented to the awarded individuals by the Agency Director annually on the eve of June 1 — the day the Agency was established.
Individuals awarded the badge are paid a one-time cash prize equivalent to four times the Basic Calculation Amount.
Expenses related to the one-time cash prizes are covered by the funds of the State Fund for Social Protection.
The awarding of the badge may also be carried out in exceptional cases based on the order of the Agency Director.
