During the conversation, issues of establishing interstate direct flights, cargo transportation, as well as the exchange of experience in the field of modern air transportation were discussed.

The Director of the airline expressed readiness to develop bilateral friendly relations between Qatar and Uzbekistan, drawing attention to the importance of establishing air routes connecting the countries in the formation of these relations.

"At the moment, our plans and hopes are high. At first, we plan to operate flights 4 times a week, then daily," Badr Al-Miir said.

In turn, it was stressed that due to direct flights, the flow of tourists and the volume of bilateral trade will increase.

The parties agreed to hold the opening ceremony of the Doha - Tashkent -Doha air route on June 2.
