The Committee for the Development of Competition and Consumer Protection of Karakalpakstan conducted an inspection for compliance with legal requirements in competitive bidding organized by Nukus International Airport.
It turned out that during the tender for the amount of 120 million soums, conducted through the public procurement portal, the airport did not comply with the requirements of the laws "On Public Procurement" and "On Competition".
In this regard, the Committee initiated a case against the airport for violation of the competition law and applied measures of influence to it.
