According to the press service of Uzbekistan Airports, on March 18, Silk Avia Airlines began selling tickets for flights US601/US602, which will be operated on ATR-72-600 aircraft on Tuesdays and Thursdays according to the following schedule:

· departure from Tashkent is at 11:20 a.m., arrival in Andijan is at 12:20 p.m.;

· departure from Andijan is at 13:00, arrival in Tashkent is at 14:00.

In the future, it is also planned to resume international flights to and from Andijan Airport.

As previously reported, the first stage of reconstruction has been completed at Andijan Airport, during which the construction of a significant part of the airfield complex has been completed, including a new 3,300-meter-long and 60-meter-wide category 4E runway, one taxiway and an apron for 3 aircraft parking lots. As for the terminal, the building remains in its current condition. Work on it is planned as part of the second stage of reconstruction.
