Today, September 13, a strong magnetic storm hit the Earth. According to experts, it will last three days.

On Wednesday, September 13, the K-index will rise to 4 points, which is considered an excited magnetosphere. The peak of activity will be in the first half of the day. In the middle of the day, the disturbances will weaken to 2-3 points, but in the evening they will intensify again.

At the same time, the index of magnetic activity on September 13 remains at the orange level (average flashes), the Laboratory of solar astronomy reported. Meteorologists do not predict strong disturbances in the Sun.

The geomagnetic situation will remain tense for several more days. On September 14 and 15, the K-index will be held at 4 points. On the weekend of September 16 and 17, solar activity will decrease to 2-3 points.

During the days of disturbances in the Sun, meteorites face deterioration of health, and in some cases even mood swings and exacerbation of chronic diseases. Doctors advise weather-dependent people to avoid stress, give up alcohol and cigarettes, walk more outdoors and drink enough water.
