The regulation defines the procedure for notaries to perform notarial acts remotely via videoconferencing when a representative of a physical or legal entity does not come to the notary office.

According to the regulation, notarial acts in videoconferencing mode are confirmed through the E-notarius.uz information portal and the "Notarius" automated information system.

To perform a notarial act via videoconferencing, the applicant must review and confirm their agreement with the terms of using the electronic network.

The applicant must clearly specify the name of the notarial act they are requesting to confirm on the electronic network and fill in the necessary information.

The notary will review the application within 1 working day from the time it is received and send a notification regarding whether there are any deficiencies.

During the personal communication with the notary, it is required that no other persons are present at the location of the parties involved in the notarial act. The location must be noise-free, well-lit, and the video image must be clear.

After the draft of the notarial act is ready for signing, the notary explains to the parties their rights and obligations, as well as the content and consequences of the notarial act being performed.
