In her speech, she stressed that the Obod Village program implemented in the country, as well as comprehensive measures to develop rural infrastructure, contribute to improving the living conditions of the population living in remote areas.
In addition, the Ombudsman noted that the introduction of the "mahalla approach" system creates additional opportunities for identifying citizens' problems on the ground and making targeted decisions.
Feruza Eshmatova paid special attention to the activities of the School of the Ombudsman project, aimed at raising legal awareness of the population, studying topical issues raised in citizens' appeals, and their systematic solution. According to her, this project has become an open platform for dialogue with residents of remote regions.
