At the meeting of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev with young people studying at foreign universities, held on February 14, 2025, it was emphasized that after completing their studies, all necessary conditions will be created for their return to their homeland and contribution to the development of the country.

In particular, the prestigious University of Northampton (UK) has recognized Uzbek entrepreneur Mukhammadkhon Soliyev as one of its most successful graduates.

Mukhammadkhon graduated from the University of Northampton in 2017 and is currently active in the field of education and social entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan. Under his leadership, in 2021, an investment grant from Europe in the amount of 600,000 euros was attracted, which created the basis for the development of educational services exports in our country.

According to Mukhammadkhon Soliev:

"Currently, many young people from Uzbekistan are studying at the most prestigious universities in the world. All conditions have been created for them not only to work abroad, but also to return to their homeland and apply their knowledge and experience in the interests of the country. I consider the University of Northampton's recognition of me as one of its most successful graduates as an objective assessment of what the youth of our country are capable of."
