I am deeply shocked and saddened by the tragic event – the school shooting incident in Kazan, which resulted in the death of innocent children and adults.

We strongly condemn this heinous act of violence, for which there can be no justification.

I express my sincere condolences and words of sympathy to You, the parents and relatives of the victims, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.

During this difficult moment, the entire multinational people of Uzbekistan share the pain of loss with the people of Russia.
