    Today, on September 9, at 05:45 local time, an earthquake occurred on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The epicenter was located in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent.

    According to the Republican Center for Seismic Forecasting Monitoring of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the coordinates of the earthquake are: 41.33 degrees’ north latitude; 69.38 degrees’ east longitude. Magnitude M= 3.6. Depth 5 km. The distance from the epicenter to Tashkent is 10 km in a north-easterly direction.
