Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov has imposed a moratorium until 2026 on raising salaries of civil servants. This is reported in the state official newspaper "Erkin-Too".
It is noted that this decision was made in order to optimize the expenditures of the state budget.
A ban on expanding the staff of government agencies is also being introduced.
However, there is a reservation that in special cases, by a separate decision of the president, it is possible to change the size of salaries of employees, as well as the structure of the staff, reports vesti.kg.
