The project was organized in Uzbekistan for the first time by the UzReport TV news agency with the support of the Tourism Committee, the Ministry of Ecology, the PayMe payment system and the multinational company Procter & Gamble.

"Each country has its own tourism brand. Some countries attract tourists with their sports, others with inventions. Our country attracts foreigners with its historical monuments, unique nature and many other directions. We hope that the X-Factor project will open up many talented young people and contribute to the development of foreign tourism in the field of culture and art, as well as the international brand of Uzbekistan," said Lola Rahmanbayeva, Information Policy Adviser to the Minister of Ecology.

For information: "X-Factor" is a popular vocal talent show, which is held in about 60 countries around the world. The show has long and firmly established itself on the world stage and has become a platform for discovering new talents and launching new international stars.

Auditions of the show were held in five major cities of Uzbekistan - Samarkand, Namangan, Bukhara, Khorezm and Tashkent. About 6 thousand people took part in them. After several stages of selection, 12 vocalists will take the stage, who will continue the battle for the right to be called the best performer of the country in the live broadcasts of the show.

The winner will receive the title of the best performer of the country, a reward of 100 million soums, as well as information support and rotation of songs on the air from the FTV channel.

The first edition of the show will air on September 24 at 20:00 on FTV.
