The General Assembly began with a video message from the President of the International Olympic Committee, Kirsty Coventry.
During the assembly, reports were heard from Vice-Presidents representing different regions: Mr. Timothy Fok (East), Dr. Norza Zakaria (Southeast), Prince Jigyel Wangchuck (South Asia), Otabek Umarov (Central Asia), and Dr. Thani Al-Kuwari (North Asia).
Additionally, heads of National Olympic Committees from 45 member countries of the OCA, as well as leaders from the International Olympic Committee, the World Anti-Doping Agency and international sports federations, are personally participating in the 46th General Assembly.
