Trendy Dubai chocolate turned out to be dangerous for health

    Recently, the so-called Dubai chocolate dessert has been gaining popularity on social networks, which attracts with its unusual taste and texture. However, as it turned out, the bright wrapper hides a serious health hazard.

    Russian nutritionist Anna Belousova told shocking details about the trending sweets.

    "One bar of Dubai chocolate weighing 200 g contains over a thousand calories. Such a dessert can be dangerous even in small quantities," the expert warns.

    Especially alarming is the fact that people with allergies absolutely cannot taste Dubai chocolate. Also, the nutritionist does not recommend using it for those who have problems with the gallbladder, writes utro.az.

    Endocrinologist Veronika Savenko agrees with her colleague's opinion. She urges patients with diabetes and obesity to abandon the fashionable treat.

    "The products included in chocolate can provoke diarrhea and other gastrointestinal diseases," the doctor emphasizes.

    "Moreover, the high fat and sugar content in Dubai chocolate forms glycation products that damage body cells. This can lead to excess weight, cardiovascular diseases, type 2 diabetes and atherosclerosis," she added.

    Dubai chocolate is a dessert with a lot of crispy filling, which consists of butter-fried kataifi dough, pistachio and/or sesame paste.
