The event was attended by library staff, representatives of public associations of Kazakh, Tatar and other peoples, as well as Uzbek students studying at higher educational institutions in Yekaterinburg.

During the event, Alisher Navoi's invaluable contribution to the development of world literature, national culture and spiritual and aesthetic thinking of mankind was noted. The poet's ghazals and rubai were performed in Uzbek and other languages, as well as musical and dance performances based on the classic's works.

The special atmosphere of the evening was given by the active participation of Uzbek students studying abroad, who demonstrated a deep knowledge of the cultural heritage of their great ancestors, reciting by heart excerpts from ghazals, rubai and sayings of the poet.

Following the event, the participants noted that despite the past six centuries, the work of Alisher Navoi continues its high march around the world, and his works have not lost their value and relevance, remaining an inexhaustible source of spiritual inspiration.

Representatives of the Rossiya 24 TV channel were also invited to the event, which widely covered the event. The TV story was shown on the TV channel, which contributed to the further promotion of the cultural heritage of Uzbekistan and the creative legacy of Alisher Navoi among the general public.

In addition, as part of the promotion of the cultural and spiritual heritage of Alisher Navoi abroad, a separate educational event was held in one of the secondary schools in Yekaterinburg, during which students and teachers got acquainted with the life and work of the great Uzbek poet and thinker.
